First kill the process running (press Ctrl+Alt+Del --> Task manager --> process)
1. If you find any Process running with rhcXXXXXXXXX.exe and pphXXXXXXXX.exe, click to “End Process”
2. Different systems would have different names so search for files starting with rhc and pph, delete it. For example :
- rhcnkrj0etfg.exe
- pphcjkrj0etfg.exe
- rhcnkrj0etfg.exe.local
- rhc75dj0e1an.exe
Similarly search for below DLL files and delete them:
- pntqkflv.dll
- rhcnkrj0etfg
- MFC71.dll
- MFC71ENU.DLL
- msvcp71.dll
- msvcr71.dll
- rhcnkrj0etfgSkin.dll
- Antivirus XP 2008.lnk
- Antivirus XP 2008

- Register Antivirus XP 2008.lnk
3. Click on start button --> run --> Type "regedit" --> goto
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ search for "rhcnkrj0etfg" and remove or modify.
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion “rhcnkrj0etfg”
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\rhcnkrj0etfg
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\User Agent\Post Platform “AntivirXP08"
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “SMrhcnkrj0etfg"
